Motion Graphics ("the service") is operated as an early-access product. By using it you accept these terms. They will be expanded before general availability; check back for updates.

1. The service

Motion Graphics takes a creative brief and optional reference media and produces 2D motion-graphics video using third-party diffusion models. Output quality is not guaranteed and may vary between runs.

2. Your content

• You must have the rights to any brief text, sketch, storyboard, or reference image you upload.
• You retain ownership of what you upload. You are responsible for how you use generated output.
• Don't upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have permission to use.

3. Generated output

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use the videos you generate for commercial and personal projects. Generated output may resemble output produced for other users; we make no exclusivity claim over it.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to create deceptive, harassing, or illegal material, to impersonate others, or to violate the usage policies of the underlying model providers.

5. Availability & changes

This is pre-release software. Features, limits, and pricing may change. The service may be unavailable at times. We may suspend access for misuse.

6. No warranty; liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
