Motion Graphics ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you use our service at motion-graphics.co.
1. What We Collect
When you use Motion Graphics, we may collect:
- Content you provide. Artwork you upload (logos, illustrations, still frames, storyboard panels, sketches, reference images) and the text inputs you enter (motion direction, vibe, format).
- Technical data. Browser type, device type, operating system, screen resolution, IP address, and referring URL.
- Usage data. Pages visited, features used, button clicks, and session duration.
- Payment information. Payments are handled entirely by our third-party payment processor Stripe. We do not collect or store your credit card details, billing address, or other financial information. Our payment processor shares limited information such as transaction confirmations with us for order fulfilment and support purposes.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to:
- Generate animated clips from your uploaded artwork and text inputs
- Process payments and deliver purchased credits
- Improve service performance, reliability, and user experience
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Use
- Respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your uploaded artwork or generated clips to train AI models.
3. Cookies and Analytics
Motion Graphics does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If we add lightweight analytics or performance monitoring in future, we will update this section to list each service together with a link to its privacy policy, and update the "Last updated" date above.
We may use a small number of strictly functional cookies or browser storage entries that are necessary for the Service to work (for example, to keep you signed in or remember your preferences). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site functionality.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services to operate Motion Graphics:
- Stripe. Payment processing (Privacy Policy).
- Cloudflare. Hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection (Privacy Policy).
- Third-party AI inference providers. The artwork and text inputs you submit are sent to the inference providers that run the underlying generative models, for the sole purpose of producing your requested clips. Each provider processes data according to its own privacy policy.
Each of these services processes data according to their own privacy policies linked above.
5. Data Retention
- Uploaded artwork. Deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing. Artwork sent to inference providers for generation is subject to those providers' retention policies.
- Generated clips. Available for download for a limited period, then automatically deleted.
- Account data. Retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
- Payment records. Retained by Stripe as required by financial regulations.
- Server logs. Retained for a short period for debugging, security, and abuse-prevention purposes, then deleted or anonymised.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we process it. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell your data).
